Loyalty Program Manager

The Loyalty Program Manager will have the unique opportunity to develop, launch, enhance, optimize and manage Bethesda’s loyalty and cross-sell marketing programs, ensuring that Bethesda builds and maintains a best-in-class customer experience throughout the layer lifecycle. Working cross-functionally across marketing, business intelligence and product development, the Loyalty Program Manager will be instrumental in driving player engagement and retention, making recommendations that drive increased loyalty and reporting on the progress and effectiveness of our programs.

The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated and analytical marketing manager, able to thrive in a fast-paced, results driven environment. You will be a problem-solver with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and external partners, with a genuine commitment to improving the player experience.

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in Loyalty or CRM/Database Marketing
  • Experience building and launching loyalty programs in the consumer space
  • Strong analytical and project management skills required
  • Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Must be able to manage external partners and work cross functionally
  • Ability to move projects forward, particularly initiatives that span across multiple functions
  • Interest in gaming with gaming experience a plus
  • Oversee the launch and ongoing management of Bethesda’s loyalty program and all loyalty-related initiatives
  • Deliver the insights, analyses, frameworks, recommendations and plans that contribute to the successful development of a best-in-class member experience for Bethesda players
  • Continually assess KPI's and deliver concrete improvements; communicate results to senior leadership teams and deliver on-going ROI analysis
  • Recommend, plan and integrate new member benefits into the program, ensuring buy-in in across game developers and senior leadership
  • Oversee development of new features and benefits, including management of development process to ensure timely delivery to consumers
  • Develop new program features, promos & initiatives to deliver against program KPI’s and lead the successful roll out across all customer touchpoints (stores, ecommerce, CRM, and social)
  • Manage the communication plan for all loyalty program items, including the roll out of new program benefits and features, collaborating with brand managers and community leads
  • Drive sustained internal interest and engagement, with regular updates on project status and celebration of wins with the organization
