Do you want to have the chance to work for one of the best studios when it comes to work-life balance? They are the largest publisher in Sweden with development studios also located in Malmö and New York. You will be a Lead Programmer joining their Stockholm studio, and this is where the core dev team will be based.

As the Lead programmer you work with multiple disciplines, primarily using your expertise to design solutions to any technical issues and challenges you face in your project. As the total number of programmers you manage is relatively small, it is likely that you will spend a good amount of your time on actual programming rather than management!

On a day-to-day basis you will also mentor your programmers. As the lead you are responsible for the overall technical quality of all code produced within your team, so it would be ideal if this is something that motivates and drives you. You'll also work closely with the engine team and other technical leads within the studio to promote knowledge sharing and development synergies.

  • Assert overall technical quality in project deliverables
  • Plan technical roadmap in accordance with project needs
  • Architect and design technical solutions
  • Proactively identify cross-project synergies
  • Mentor, guide and direct technical staff
  • Promote a collaborative cross-project culture
  • Write great code
