Are you someone who is an MMO enthusiast with a vast understanding of the MMO/virtual worlds market? Then this might just be the role for you!

This studio is currently creating the next big MMO - Occupy White Walls, currently in early access. You will be placed right at the heart of developing the next big MMO alongside fun and highly scalable gameplay mechanics, eventually played by people all over the world.

You will be part of a small and high performing team and will have the opportunity to grow your skills while delivering great designs.

You'll have:

  • You'll have at least 5 years of professional experience as a game designer.
  • You are passionate about MMO/Virtual worlds.
  • You are creative and hacker mindset.
  • You'll have good sense of gameplay experience, and special attention to detail.
  • You'll speak and write English and feel comfortable in a remote team.

Your Skills:

  • You'll have deep experience in game design/systems and balancing game economies, including lead or senior design experience on a shipped product.
  • You'll have extensive ideas of new game prototypes, have completely owned the design of early game concepts to full global game launch.
  • You'll have the ability to think logically with a high level of attention to detail.
  • You'll have strong & concise communicator of game concepts.
  • You'll have programming skills (C++, Unreal) are a plus but not mandatory; ability to think with the precision of an engineer and creativity of an artist is highly desired.
