How do you like the sound of working remote on a brand new, groundbreaking project and a breaking into the big time with a senior role?
As the Lead Artist you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the art to meet the highest quality standards. The candidate will have a key role in defining art guidelines and managing the art team.

What you’ll do:
Understand the product vision and constantly innovate and build the best performance requirements to support the achievement of that
Ensure that all aspects of art production are completed on a timely basis to a high standard.
Work closely with the art team to define the requirements and set the right estimates.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to the art team to ensure the right standards are met at the set time frame.
Constantly innovate in ways to improve art quality and performance for the Oculus Quest.
Assist production with estimates and scheduling.
Expert knowledge of 3D pipelines and asset management.
Excellent knowledge of UE4.
A good understanding of what makes a game appealing to different audiences
Be able to inspire artists to make the highest quality product possible.
Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills.
Comprehensive communication and planning skills
Highly motivated, you own your tasks and take initiative.
Comfortable managing teams and following agile-based planning.
