Lead Game Designer in Nottingham

We’re looking for a talented Lead Game Designer to join the team at this award-winning studio in Nottingham. Your role as a Lead Game Designer will require you to be highly motivated and comfortable leading a team. Lead Game Designer responsibilities:

Supervise the design process and application of state-of-the-art game systems

Oversee conception and maintain the quality of game system documentation

Analyse, tweak and balance gameplay throughout the production of the game

Take charge of the documents and characters relating to the story

Troubleshoot design problems

Create and present new game pitches

Key requirements for this role in Nottingham:

Strong game designing experience

Has shipped 2+ titles

Track record of breaking down system design goals into individual components

Strong knowledge of game trends past and present

Ability and desire to be an inspirational leader
