About this role

Working directly with the Director of Excellence & Integration, you will be responsible for contributing to pitches, developing new ideas, policy updates and working on wider projects across Sumo Group on topics like ESG.


Key responsibilities


  • Build proactive working relationships with senior stakeholders across Group.
  • Collaborate across Group on initiatives that will improve the lives of Sumo employees.
  • Work directly with the Director of Excellence & Integration on proposals for new initiatives, updates to existing policies and maintenance and support of ongoing initiatives.
  • Play a key role in developing new ideas and understand who the key points of contact are across the group to develop these into actions.
  • Partner with senior figures in the organisation on social aspects of ESG, developing and steering new initiatives.

  • A creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally with the ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in working closely with senior management and executives on organisational policies and initiatives
  • Great at handling feedback both positive and negative
  • A relationship builder and stakeholder manager
  • The ability to manage projects and follow through on completion to ensure roll out is successful.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to pick up on concepts quickly.
  • Graphic design and layout skills, particularly Photoshop & InDesign would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a changeable environment.
