Build proactive working relationships with senior stakeholders across Group. Collaborate across Group on initiatives that will improve the lives of Sumo employees. Work directly with the Director of Excellence & Integration on proposals for new initiatives, updates to existing policies and maintenance and support of ongoing initiatives. Play a key role in developing new ideas and understand who the key points of contact are across the group to develop these into actions. Partner with senior figures in the organisation on social aspects of ESG, developing and steering new initiatives.

About this role
Working directly with the Director of Excellence & Integration, you will be responsible for contributing to pitches, developing new ideas, policy updates and working on wider projects across Sumo Group on topics like ESG.
