Provide confidential advice, support and guidance to employees and Line Managers.Facilitate, support and attend informal and formal meetings with Line Managers and employees as required.Support the effective management of the employee life cycle, ensuring it is driving engagement and retention. Effectively manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a timely, thorough and positive experience.Actively contribute to the development of line management skills and knowledge in managing the employment relationshipProvide HR training on either an individual or collective basis as and when required.Work with the HR Administrator ensuring all employee administration is completed accurately.Oversee payroll processing on a monthly basis, ensuring any additional payments or deductions have been added.Provide management information/reports on a routine and ad-hoc basis.In conjunction with the wider HR team, be responsible for updating and creating HR forms and templates, processes and policies, ensuring quality, continual compliance with legislation and effective communication.Identify areas of improvement, opportunity and innovation.Contribute to and/or lead project work as requested/agreed within the HR Management team.Provide support to the HR Manager & ensure they are kept up to date will all matters of importance.Maintain employee data/records, ensuring they are accurate, kept up to date in a timely manner and stored in line with HR policy and GDPR regulations.Provide cover when necessary for other members of the HR team.Act as a mentor to more Junior members of the HR team. Any other duties as required.
