TT Games Group (TTG) part of Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment, is based in the North West of England and operates from a number of sites across the UK. The TT Games Facilities Manager looks after all TTG properties, servicing the needs of over 600 staff across the multiple sites.Responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of Facilities services. First point of contact for all reactive works. Maintain statutory records for studio Health & Safety. Manage, supervise and coordinate the work of contractors. Compile weekly and monthly update reports. Regular travel between sites as and when required. Relevant Previous Work Experience:Previous experience within an FM environment is desirable but not essential. Demonstrable experience working with SLA's and KPI's. Proven ability to manage external suppliers to achieve superior levels of service. Able to demonstrate management and knowledge of both hard and soft services requirements of buildings. Skills Required:Highly organised, with excellent communication skills, you will be able to re-prioritise tasks on an ongoing basis. Effective time management and assessment of workload. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employee within the organisation. Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively. Report creation and monitoring of SLA on service contracts.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be supporting the Facilities Manager of TT Games in providing a full FM service across all sites and assisting with internal projects and office moves.
