Director, Sales Operations - Advertising (Direct Sales)

You will ensure alignment of the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations and help evolve early stage ideas into sales growth initiatives.
Your work will directly shape the future of the King experience for advertisers.
Lead a growing team of Sales Operations professionals to drive the Sales Operations agenda for the global Direct Sales team.
Partner with US and EMEA VPs of Sales on all sales strategy, planning and operations topics.
Define the overall sales growth strategy across markets, direct and indirect/ non-exchange sales channels, agencies, verticals and advertisers;ensure strategic account plans are consistently used across the sales team and is of high quality.
Define commercial deal terms for multi-million dollar agency and advertiser upfront deals, in partnership with Sales leadership.
Develop sales programs to drive desired outcomes with advertisers, across onboarding, growth and retention objectives.
Manage market intelligence on agency and advertiser contexts in partnership with the sales team, to prioritize sales resources and mobilization across the highest opportunities.
Partner with Sales Finance to ensure that key sales operating and financial metrics are monitored and used to drive key sales decisions.
Design sales territories with supporting organizational structures, roles and resources to successfully activate against the opportunity.
Improve salesforce efficiency, by streamlining processes and developing sales tools.
Ensure a knowledgeable, capable and effective Direct Sales team via formal communications, knowledge management, effective onboarding and training programs.
Bachelors degree analytical field.
10+ years of work experience experience in Strategy Consulting, Sales Operations, Sales Finance and/or Sales Analytics, or 8+ years of experience with MBA degree.
Experience leading teams and executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
Superior business sense, problem solving, project management, and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising, Go-To-Market strategies or Sales Operations.
Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence to manage senior stakeholders within ABM and with agencies/advertisers.
