JOB DESCRIPTION

Missions: 

  • Ensure the quality of regular builds by monitoring and organising the work of the QC and QA teams, and by supporting the production team throughout the project to anticipate the closing phases. 
  • Manage the closing phases for gates and project reviews, in conjunction with the Creative Director, Technical Director and Floor Producer
  • Manage relationships and needs related to 1st parties, be the contact for the project with external people in charge of release management and QC at Ubisoft, as well as with the 1st parties
  • Ensure the quality of the JIRA database with regard to the structure defined for the project, actively participate in the reflections on the improvement of project production monitoring, in charge of managing the team's access to our collaborative work tools
  • Proactively seek to improve the methods and tools of his mandate, in particular by drawing on existing practices or research at Ubisoft

Production:

  • Define the roadmap for the mandates assigned to you in close collaboration with the producers or directors involved, in light of the means at your disposal in the short, medium and long term
  • Participate in the definition of the deliverables, define the resources allocated, the schedules and the appropriate methods
  • Follow up on each deliverable with the producer and the technical director, and provide them with regular information on the progress of the work
  • Anticipate, identify and measure project risks and propose appropriate action plans
  • Define and ensure detailed monitoring of the budget corresponding to the requirements

Management:

  • Coordinate, delegate and ensure the organisation of the work to be done
  • Leading and growing a team, ensuring a positive dynamic
  • Anticipate recruitment needs and actively participate in the process
  • Evaluating and monitoring the performance of the team in charge
  • Create an environment conducive to the emergence and development of initiatives and ideas

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years experience on a AAA game production
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Associate Producer or Lead position, on one or more of the mandates corresponding to the position
  • Have shippered at least one game and experienced a full production cycle
  • Mastery of game production tools and pipeline, JIRA and Excel
  • Sensitivity to automation processes
  • Leadership skills, ability to develop and manage high performance teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, diplomacy and team spirit
  • Excellent risk analysis, strong problem solving skills, ability to make difficult decisions
  • Fluent English
