Remote Work

Roll7 run development remotely and this role requires the applicant to undertake the vast majority of their work at home (9/10 days). Appropriate equipment, dev kits and software licenses will be supplied as required. One day a fortnight we work from central London as a team, therefore applicants MUST be based in the UK.

Role

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Assistant Producer who will be responsible for assisting and in some cases leading on project planning, tracking and being a link between Art, Code, QA and Design. There will be some direct management responsibilities such as QA and liaising with 3rd parties such as Loc and Analytics.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Producer, CD, Lead Coder and Lead Artist to create the project development plans
  • Assist in tracking and controlling the project development plan and schedules
  • Creating tickets and managing sprints and Milestones
  • Reviewing, analysing and reporting on burndown and bug fixing
  • Assist the development and art team with design documentation
  • Assist the QA team in the development of test plans.
  • Taking minutes from meetings, distributing minutes and assigning/tracking action points from the minutes.
  • Assisting in the process of risk analysis and maintaining the risk register
  • Platform submission process and platform holder liaising
  • Developing and reviewing Milestone schedules

 

Relevant Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a team lead
  • Experience and or Qualifications in project management methodologies
  • Experience with project management and bug tracking software

 

Required Skills:

  • Ability to view the project as a whole and dive deep when needed
  • Attention to Detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Result-oriented
  • Console submission process
  • Problem-solving and open minded.

    project need.
