Remote Work


Roll7 run development remotely and this role requires the applicant to undertake the vast majority of their work at home (9/10 days). Appropriate equipment, dev kits and software licenses will be supplied as required. One day a fortnight we work from central London as a team, therefore applicants MUST be based within the M25


We are looking for a passionate Administration/ Assistant to support our growing studio. This is an amazing opportunity to join our growing organization! The position will report directly to our Management Team and support our daily administrative requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Organise travel and accommodation
  • Maintain expenses for Executives
  • Arrange meetings and conference calls and prepare meeting documentation
  • Provide general admin support, including preparing presentations and reports, producing and manipulating spreadsheets
  • Provide a credible point of contact for staff, clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure efficient and effective systems and review and maintain process documentation
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up appropriately and lunches are arranged
  • Ad hoc duties in support of key executives

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills and experience building relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent literacy and grammar for business correspondence
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with Social Media
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident attitude
  • Highly organised and efficient, capable of planning ahead to meet deadlines and to work pro-actively using initiative
  • Reliable with attention to detail
