Physics Programming A physics programmer, probably one of the most rare programmers available in the video games industry, are coders that govern the laws of a video game. You will simulate the effects of gravity in a virtual environment, to emulate the experience in real life. They also have responsibility for implementing code for collision detection like two cars bumping each other. They also create the game feature called “ragdoll physics” where it’s the animation and simulation of when a body gets struck on the head. You should be proficient in C/C++ and Assembly with having a physics degree.
