Feranmi Oladosu has been fully committed to Tossdown for the past year and three months, crafting a game that embodies high-energy, arcade-style fun. “The idea of a delivery game with a ridiculous level of mayhem felt like the perfect fit,” says Oladosu. “I wanted to capture that frantic, high-energy gameplay where every second counts, mixed with over-the-top chaos and humor.”
Bringing Tossdown to life has been a demanding journey. As an independent developer based in a third-world country, Oladosu faced significant hurdles—especially in securing funding and resources. Without access to the same support systems as larger studios, he took on multiple roles, handling programming, game design, art, and marketing all on his own.
“Balancing all these responsibilities has been tough but also incredibly rewarding,” he explains. Despite the challenges, Oladosu remained determined, using his decade of experience with Unity to streamline development and bring his vision to life.
