Do you have Producer experience, and are you seeking a new job? Skillsearch is helping a respected company find a full-time Producer, and the remote role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

As a Producer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production of our virtual reality sports game. You’ll be joining an experienced team of 11 other developers working on a multi-platform (PC, Meta, PSVR) title for an international brand. You will be responsible for coordinating many aspects of the project, from feature definition to final release.

In your first few weeks in this Producer role, you can expect to:

  • Give feedback on and document new and existing game systems in a clear and concise manner 

  • Be responsible for verifying the implementation of systems and scheduling and managing fixes for issues flagged by QA 

  • Work with clients to ensure product delivery scheduling, including resource requirements, allocation and responsibilities 

  • Track and manage the resolution of outstanding issues or requirements 

To apply for this Producer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • Proven experience in the project management area 

  • Technical background preferred 

  • Proved experience in game development (Unity preferred) 

  • Able to organise and keep on track a team of 10+ of various roles 

  • Passion for sports and ideally sports simulation games 

  • Experience in creating high-quality, visually stunning video games
