Do you have marketing management experience, and are you seeking a new job in Quezon? Our client is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. Free accommodation and HMO are available.

As a Marketing Manager, you will provide the necessary leadership for marketing strategies for both the requirements of clients and internal company initiatives, including creation, development, execution, and review. You will also build a marketing framework and develop our client’s brand positioning strategy.

In your first few weeks in this Marketing Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Understand target consumers to build a strategy to engage with them 

  • Identify and execute unique marketing ideas to strategically improve the overall business and marketing objectives 

  • Reinforce brand cohesiveness across all channels and campaigns 

  • Oversee the development and management of marketing campaigns from design, execution, tracking, and optimisation, including marketing calendars 

  • Direct and manage the marketing team; develop the client's marketing capabilities 

To apply for this Marketing Manager role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of work experience - 2 of which must be in a leadership position in brand building, product management, advertising, or market research in brand or product management. You will also require the following:

  • A proven track record in creating, developing, executing, and optimising physical and digital marketing campaigns and strategies 

  • Knowledgeable and basic literacy in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Experience in budget development and handling 

  • Knowledge of website UI/UX and optimization of digital customer journey design
