Skillsearch is helping a games studio find a Creative Line Producer to help craft an immersive journey that brings together the best of cinematic and gaming experience for global audiences. This is a full-time Canada-based remote role, and it comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.

As a Creative Line Producer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the development of a new game. You will collaborate with teams across departments to meet deadlines, handle resources to stay within scope, meet production deadlines, and develop innovative processes when roadblocks are hit.

In your first week in this Creative Line Producer role, you can expect to:

  • Lead the Creative and Cinematics production team in managing the daily operations of production for the project 

  • Partner with Management and Supervisors to understand overall game vision and requirements, and communicate them across the production floor 

  • Be accountable for crafting and maintaining project plans and schedules 

  • Monitor the project budget and overall planning while ensuring the production runs smoothly.

  • 5+ years of project management experience in game development publishing AAA game projects 

  • Expertise with Shotgrid, Hansoft, Jira or other similar Project Management Software 

  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary tools 

  • The ability to deliver large, complex projects 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
