We have an exciting opportunity in our development organization, where you as the Development Operations Lead, will work closely with the Chief Development Officer to shape how we operate the development organization. You will be working in a fast-paced team, company, and industry where adaptability to change is crucial to thrive in the role. The ideal candidate has a passion for facilitating decision-making and governance and collaborating with different teams and leaders across the organization, to ensure consistency of adoption and use of process, methodology and tools across the practice.
Own Development Frameworks and best practices, including the Avalanche Game Development Framework/Product Lifecycle Framework.Partner up with Project Leaders to establish and implement project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective project execution and delivery.Manage staffing needs across all resourcing types, ensuring the right people are available at the right time to build world-class gaming experiencesCollaborate with Executive Producers to establish accurate project staffing needs and requirements, facilitating decision-making and resolution.Develop and optimize tools for efficient and effective staffing.Partner with Department leaders, Finance, HR, and Recruiting teams to define and publish regular KPIs on resource management.Establish communication channels and regular cadence of reviews for department leaders and partner teams.Who you areSolid grasp of business principles and experience in program/project change management methodologies.Capability to develop and implement strategies for optimizing development processes, improving efficiency, and driving initiatives within the organization.Analytical skills to bring simplicity and clarity to complex processes.Collaborative team player with adaptability to change.Effective organizational and communication skills.Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
